Refund and Shipping Policy

PERSONALIZED ORDER RETURNS

Personalized products that include the buyer’s photos or any personal details are exempt from being returned or refunded due to the custom nature of the product.

Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective, damaged, or there is an error at the fault of the shop owner. Type League Press is not responsible for any errors on the part of the buyer, and will not issue refunds or replacements for mistakes out of this shop's control.

Images- All submitted images are checked against a number of quality key points before sent to production (full face is in frame, photo is large enough, good lighting, high resolution, etc). If there are no issues with the image, we will move forward in creating your mug. If there are any issues with your image, I or someone from my team will reach out to you for a new image. Buyer assumes all responsibility when uploading their photo to make sure it is the image they would like on the mug, based on the listing photos showing completed personalized mug, which are accurate representations of the item.

Personalization- Items can be personalized with any name(s), relative names or phrases. This shop will match the personalization exact to what the buyer enters, and will not alter or add to the text provided. If a mistake is made by the buyer, such as a typo, grammar mistake or missing word(s), we will not offer a refund or free replacement. Buyer assumes all responsibility ensuring the personalization details they have entered for their product are correct.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

We will gladly replace items free of charge if they are broken or damaged during shipping. The policy for defective or damaged goods is 30 days. Please reach out to us within that timeframe at hello@typeleaguepress.com, and provide photos of your damaged item, including the packaging if possible, and we will ship a replacement to you to as soon as possible.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order:

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Type League Press is not liable for packages that are returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned for this reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is in the hands of USPS, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. Type League Press is not liable for packages that are lost in transit or stolen after delivery. However, we are happy to assist you in contacting your local post office to help locate the missing package.

Refunds & Replacements
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that are lost by USPS or marked as delivered but cannot be located. We recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office in such cases.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times provided are estimates and are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or postal service disruptions. No refunds will be issued due to package delays.

Packages marked as Delivered but not received

Once your order is marked as delivered by USPS, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for any lost or stolen items. While we understand the frustration of such occurrences, once the postal service confirms delivery, our responsibility for the package concludes. We advise customers to ensure a secure delivery location, and to promptly report any delivery issues to their local post office or USPS customer service. Your local post office will have more information, and will be better equipped to provide you with assistance for packages delivered in your area. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy.
