Type League Press Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Personalized products that include the buyer’s photos or any personal details are exempt from being returned due to the custom nature.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

PERSONALIZED ORDER RETURNS

Personalized products that include the buyer’s photos or any personal details are exempt from being refunded due to the custom nature, unless the product is defective or there is a blatant error (typo, etc).

All submitted images are checked against a number of quality key points (full face is in frame, photo is large enough, good lighting, etc). If there are no issues with the image, we will move forward in creating your mug. If there are any issues with your image, I or someone from my team will reach out to you for a new image. Buyer assumes all responsibility when uploading their photo to make sure it is the image they would like on the mug, based on the listing photos showing completed personalized mug, which are accurate representations of the item.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We will gladly replace items if they are defective or were damaged during shipping. The policy for defective or damaged goods is 30 days, so please reach out to us within that timeframe. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at hello@typeleaguepress.com, and provide photos of your damaged item, including the packaging if possible.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Type League Press is not responsible for packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address being entered by the buyer placing the order. Buyer must cover the cost of re-shipment, as undeliverable items or incorrect addresses are not the responsibility of this shop.

Type League Press is not responsible for shipping delays or packages lost in the mail. All items are shipped USPS Priority 2-day to ensure the speediest delivery, but circumstances beyond this shop's control may occur. All packages are insured up to $100, and we are happy to assist in filing any lost package claims for lost mail reimbursements. However, no refunds will be issued due to package delays, or items marked as delivered by the post office.
