Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Type League Press is not liable for packages that are returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned for this reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is in the hands of USPS, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. Type League Press is not liable for packages that are lost in transit or stolen after delivery. However, we are happy to assist you in contacting your local post office to help locate the missing package.
Refunds & Replacements
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that are lost by USPS or marked as delivered but cannot be located. We recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office in such cases.

Delivery times

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times provided are estimates and are not guarantees. Packages marked as Delivered but not received
Once your order is marked as delivered by USPS, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for any lost or stolen items. While we understand the frustration of such occurrences, once the postal service confirms delivery, our responsibility for the package concludes. We advise customers to ensure a secure delivery location, and to promptly report any delivery issues to their local post office or USPS customer service. Your local post office will have more information, and will be better equipped to provide you with assistance for packages delivered in your area.
